- 9-10 pounds of British pale malt ( consider Maris Otter)
- 8 ounces of 20-90L crystal malt
- 8 ounces Aromatic malt
- 4 ounces Special Roast
- 2-4 ounces East Kent Goldings or Fuggles
- Wyeast 1968 ESB
- Single infusion 150-155 F for 60 minutes
