True, we occasionally expand our brewing chops with hippy, rebel American experiments, but for the most part we like drinking the beer found in Bavarian beer gardens and Irish pubs, so that’s the beer we brew. We focus on using regional ingredients and adjusting our brewing processes to better reproduce the way these beers were originally crafted.
